Booking Terms:
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (post, email or fax)
and held with a credit card or bank card number. For hotel stays, a deposit is requested of 25% of the amount of the total stay.

Cancellation terms:
- All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (post, email or fax).
- Cancellation within 8 days before arrival date : billing of one night minimum.
- Cancellation between 8 and 15 days before arrival date : billing of 50% of one night.
